It does a decent job of cleaning junk files, but unless you're using it with CCEnhancer, which adds support for cleaning junk from a lot more third party software, than it supports natively, I feel that Wise Disk Cleaner is much bettter. It's a registry and junk file cleaner that I have been using occasionally for a long time. Personally, I've used recent versions of ASC Pro on many different computers, without it causing any issues.
